Grow to eat well in Portsmouth schools [G.T.E.W.] Project
A. JOB DESCRIPTION – Assistant Project Officer – part time [18hrs/wk]
JOB PURPOSE
a) Proactive promotion of and training in vegetable growing and composting in an educational and volunteer environment.
b) Assist with the co-ordination and management of site gardening and composting activities in the two Beacon Schools and future outreach sites.[minimum 15 new each year]
c) Assist Senior Project Officer[S.P.O.] to meet the Aims and Objectives set out in the Big Lottery Local Food [BLLF] Main Grant application.
