Applicant:      Mr Matt Cartwright

Proposal:   Appraisal and production of oil incorporating the drilling of one side track well from   the existing well (for appraisal), three new hydrocarbon wells and one water injection well, and to allow the production of hydrocarbons from all four wells for a 20 year period.

The planning application for the above site will be considered at a formal meeting of the South Downs National Park Planning Committee, which will be held at 10:00am on 11th May 2017 at Memorial Hall, South Downs Centre Midhurst GU29 9DH.

Please note that there is no public parking outside the Hall for attendees of these meetings. All vehicles should be parked at the North Street, pay & display car park across the road from the South Downs Centre. Blue badge holders, please contact reception@southdowns.gov.uk  or call (01730) 814810 to arrange parking outside the venue.

(if the meeting is on a Thursday the deadline would be 12 noon on the Monday)

A maximum of six people are invited to speak on each planning application or related matter, three in support and three against. This number includes the applicants or agents speaking on their behalf as well as local Parish, Town, District, Unitary or County Councillors.

Each speaker will be allowed up to three minutes to speak. All aspects of public speaking at SDNPA Planning Committee meetings are subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Planning Committee.
