COP27
The crucial UN climate talks are taking place in Egypt in November and Havant Climate Alliance is joining with other local groups for an international day of action on 12th November at noon in Guildhall Square in Portsmouth. There will also be themed days on issues including gender, agriculture and biodiversity. This email shares details of local events and activities that you can participate in from home or in our area during the COP27 conference. Telling those in power that tackling the climate crisis is important to you is a positive thing to do. We can use our voices and actions to demand change. |
Havant’s Local Plan
Havant Borough Council has a consultation out on its plan for the future and HCA members are working out a group response as well individual ones. The more people who do this and make a case for greener policies, the better. You can find all the details plus the dates for local exhibitions here |
