Cheaper by Bike a chance to have your say

With fuel prices going up it might be a good time to change to more affordable ways of getting around locally. Havant Council has published their Havant Borough Transport Statement which will become its main policy document for the future development of a safer network of cycling and walking routes across the Borough.

The key is linking up routes across the borough and beyond to the national cycling network. The Havant Council are looking for reaction to their transport statement (available in the link below) before they finalize the document into policy.
